Growing up with a hairstylist mother meant Susan knew from a young age that the beauty industry was her calling.

While she’s keenly passionate about the craft of styling, the thing she loves the most is having personal connections with her guests and making them feel beautiful. Because relationships are so important to her, she says there’s no greater compliment than when someone refers a friend.

When she’s not at work, you’ll catch Susan cooking, baking, gardening, working out, reading a good book, or catching up on some Netflix.

Susan’s enthusiasm for styling is contagious, and she says the best professional decision she ever made was applying at Symmetry over a decade ago. “I love all of my customers, co-workers, and bosses, so it is actually fun to be at work. Eleven years later, I’m still loving my job.”
